Hemos venido a la dimensión del mundo físico para experimentar la dualidad y para olvidar nuestro verdadero ser, que es parte integral del Todo, para después de múltiples experiencias encontrarlo de nuevo. Por ello, el ser humano se cree separado de todo lo que le rodea y de Dios; ese sentido de separación lo atemoriza, pues considera que se encuentra solo frente a un mundo del que tiene que defenderse y salir adelante. Esta creencia le causa inseguridad y entonces, crea diferentes mecanismos de defensa para cubrirla. Entre muchos de esos mecanismos de defensa, se encuentra la necesidad de sobresalir sobre los demás, de ser aceptado y reconocido, de tener posesiones materiales, pero sobre todo, desea controlar todo y a todos, lo que se traduce en tener el PODER.

El poder produce la ilusión de estar a salvo de cualquier cosa, de poseer todo lo que se puede desear y con ello eliminar el miedo que produce la separación y por eso es irresistible.

El primer paso es desear el poder a toda costa, sin importar los medios que se utilicen, ya que, a menudo, se logra mediante crímenes y manipulaciones que provocan daño a los demás. Una vez obtenido el poder, siempre se desea más, pues aunque se obtenga lo que se esperaba, nunca se logra llenar el vacío existencial. Entonces, se busca a toda costa conservarlo.

Sin embargo, lo que sí provoca el poder es estar cada vez más solo, porque los que rodean al poderoso no lo hacen por amor sincero, sino sólo lo adulan para conseguir beneficios personales. El poder corrompe porque no hay límite a las ansias de poseerlo y conservarlo pero, al no obtener la satisfacción esperada, algunas veces, se llega a la crueldad con cualquiera que se oponga; también promueve muchas envidias y enemigos por el daño que se ha causado para obtenerlo.

En cuanto a las relaciones familiares, no es fácil la convivencia con el poderoso, muchas veces éste abandona a la familia por la desenfrenada búsqueda del poder y aunque ya se tenga, no existe otra cosa que ocupe su interés.

En resumen, el poder no produce la felicidad esperada, es como una droga que imposibilita ver con claridad el verdadero sentido de la vida y que tiene efectos adversos para quien lo ejerce cuando no lo usa para el bien común.

Otra cosa muy distinta es el poder bien entendido cuando el que lo tiene lo concibe como servicio a sus semejantes. Esta forma de poder está dirigida por quien lo posee, a la organización del bienestar de quienes le toca conducir. Aquel que lo utiliza de esta manera, obtendrá la satisfacción que produce la actuación nacida del amor y no del egoísmo.

Aquí doy el ejemplo de una persona que después de haber tenido el poder, lo perdió. Me habló así después de morir:

Me dirijo a ti porque oigo voces que me trajeron contigo. No entiendo cómo me puedes escuchar, pero es un hecho. Cuando morí para el mundo, porque no estoy muerto, me encontré con que no entendía lo que me pasaba. Como a muchos, las enseñanzas religiosas recibidas me parecían un tanto cuanto increíbles y contradictorias, así que me alejé de su doctrina. Lo único que me interesaba era la política, con el poder que eso otorga, pero también nos da mucha desilusión cuando se pierde. Me retiré de su influencia aunque siempre esperando algún día recuperar algún poder.

Cuando se tiene poder, nunca es suficiente y se vive esperando algo más, aunque ahora me doy cuenta de que quien tiene el poder supremo no lo disfruta como se cree, porque entre más poder, más solo estás. Todos los que te rodean, lo único que esperan es obtener beneficios personales y para conseguirlos adulan y obedecen ciegamente al jefe de una manera llena de hipocresía.

Antes de tener el poder absoluto se cree que cuando se tenga se será feliz, pero no es cierto. Se vive en una completa irrealidad, pero en el fondo se sabe que no existe fidelidad total en los subordinados.

Me he dado cuenta de todo esto y sobre todo desde que estoy aquí, aunque ya lo percibía mientras estuve en el mundo, donde mientras puedes proporcionar ventajas a quienes te rodean, mientras tienes poder, son tus amigos íntimos pero en cuanto cambian las circunstancias nadie te vuelve a hacer caso. Te digo todo esto porque me he desilusionado mucho de lo que fue mi vida y mi deseo de poder. Por otro lado, la familia tuvo que resentir mi obsesión y eso los alejó de mí. Me siento totalmente responsable de esa situación y ahora me doy cuenta de que fue un error garrafal no ocuparme mejor de promover el amor a la familia. No sé qué hacer, aunque a veces siento como un consuelo que viene de mis seres queridos cuando piensan en mí, así lo creo. Dime si sabes algo, porque eso me dijeron las voces que me trajeron hasta aquí.

Puesto que ya no tienes cuerpo, ahora te toca ir al mundo espiritual – le contesté-. Lo único que tienes que hacer es solicitar la Luz y ésta se abriría para llevarte a un mundo de paz, amor y armonía, que es lo que te corresponde. Así lo hizo y finalmente se fue.

Casi nadie se resiste al poder, pues se cree que con él se obtiene la seguridad absoluta. Qué gran mentira, lo único que produce paz y seguridad es el amor incondicional y la generosidad, que es lo que nos acerca a nuestro verdadero ser.

Power

We have come into the physical world’s dimension to experience duality and disremember our true being, which is an integral part of the Whole, to later reencounter it after multiple life experiences. That is why human beings believe they are separate from all things surrounding them and from God. The sensation of separateness causes fear because the individual believes he is alone, facing a world that he must defend himself from and overcome. This belief generates insecurity, leading him to design a variety of defense mechanisms. Among the many defense mechanisms that people develop are the need to excel over the rest, to be accepted and acknowledged, to acquire material things, but above all, to control everything and everyone, which translates into POWER.

Power is irresistible because it creates the illusion that we are shielded from everything, and that we are able to possess anything we desire, therefore eliminating the fear that is sourced in separation.

The first step is to crave power no matter what, regardless of the means, since it is frequently attained through crimes and manipulation that harm others. Once power has been achieved, it will always be insufficient, because although the individual accomplishes what he wanted, he will never fill the existential void. Then comes the need to retain power at any cost.

However, power brings about even greater loneliness, given that those encircling powerful individuals do not act out of heartfelt love, they are dedicated to flattery out of self-interest instead. Power leads to corruption because there are no bounds to the desire to gain and hang onto it. Occasionally, and as a result of dissatisfaction, cruelty against anyone opposing that individual’s power follows. Power also fosters profound jealousy and animosities due to the damage produced in obtaining it.

As far as family relations are concerned, coexistence with powerful individuals is difficult. They will frequently abandon their families in their unbridled pursuit of power, and even when they have already obtained power, there is nothing else that is of interest to them.

In summary, power does not provide the expected happiness, it is like a drug that obscures the true meaning of life and has adverse effects on the individual when it is not employed for the common good.

The situation is very different when power is understood as a service to fellowmen. This form of power is directed towards the wellbeing of those led by the one who holds it. Individuals who use power in this way will obtain satisfactions borne of actions that are rooted in love, not in selfishness.

Following is an example of a man who had power and later lost it. This is how he spoke to me after his death.

I’m speaking to you since I hear voices that brought me to you. I don’t understand how you can hear me; it’s just a fact. When I died to the world –because I’m not dead– I found that I didn’t understand what was happening to me. As many others, I considered the religious teachings I received as somewhat implausible and contradictory, so I distanced myself from those tenets. Politics was all I was interested in, along with the power it brings, but it also causes great disappointment when you lose it. I withdrew from its influence although I always hoped to recover it.

When you have power, it’s never enough, and all you live for is the desire of something else. I’ve come to realize that whoever wields the utmost power doesn’t enjoy it, as is believed; the greater the power, the lonelier you become. Everyone around you expects nothing but personal benefits and are hypocrites, willing to abandon themselves to flattery and blind obedience to obtain them.

Prior to gaining absolute power, one thinks it will bring happiness, but that isn’t so. One lives in total fantasy, knowing –deep down inside– that one’s subordinates are not entirely loyal.

I’ve come to these realizations mainly since I’m here, although I perceived them when I was in the world, where, as long as you can provide advantages to those around you, while you have power, they will be the best of friends, but once circumstances change, they won’t pay attention to you anymore. I’m telling you all of this because I’m very disappointed with what my life was like and my yearning for power. On the other hand, my family paid the consequences of my obsession and became estranged from me. I feel entirely responsible for this situation and now understand that it was an irreparable mistake not taking better care of them and promoting the love of family. I don’t know what to do although I sometimes feel comforted by my loved ones when they think of me; so I believe. Tell me if you know anything because that’s what the voices that brought me here said.

“The time has come for you to go to the spiritual world since you no longer have a physical body,” I replied. “All you need to do is to ask for the Light and it will unfold and take you to a world of peace, love, and harmony, where you belong.” He did so and finally departed.

Hardly anyone can resist power because it is thought to provide complete security. What a tremendous lie; the only thing that produces peace and protection is unconditional love and generosity, which is what brings us closer to our true being.

Aprender a morir es aprender a vivir intensamente, sin la sombra del miedo a la muerte que es lo único por lo que todo ser humano tendrá que pasar algún día y que tanto temor provoca. Si conociéramos mejor cómo funciona, la temeríamos menos y la veríamos con mucha más serenidad.

Tenemos que entender que en realidad la muerte no existe, que nuestro verdadero ser es eterno y que ésta es solamente el paso de una forma de vida a otra, que es la verdadera, después del término de una de las tantas vidas que hemos tenido en el mundo físico.

Estas líneas tienen el propósito de profundizar sobre el proceso llamado muerte y así podernos preparar mejor para ese paso tan temido y a la vez tan desconocido. Están basadas en mis experiencias que a través de muchos años y mediante mi facultad psíquica, he tenido con los llamados muertos a quienes he podido ayudar.

¿Qué pasa después de la muerte? En el momento en que el cuerpo deja de funcionar, el alma sale de él y empieza su trayectoria hacia el mundo espiritual. El desprendimiento se hace sin dolor alguno, si lo había en el cuerpo físico, desaparece y el individuo se encuentra de pronto con que está vivo, consciente y en algunas ocasiones, desorientado. Pero si su deseo es ir a Dios, de inmediato se abrirá ante él una Luz intensísima que lo cubrirá con infinito amor y lo llevará a donde le corresponde estar en el mundo espiritual, que es la verdadera vida.

Sin embargo, en ocasiones, hay diferentes razones que les impiden a algunas almas acceder a la Luz. Nuestro estado de conciencia es el que se encargará de la reacción que se tenga ante ese paso; en la vida como en la muerte cada uno es el arquitecto de su destino. Por ejemplo, el miedo al castigo, que no existe puesto que Dios es amor infinito, es algo que paraliza al recién fallecido. El apego a lo material y a los afectos que se dejan es otro factor muy negativo, ya que el alma se queda estancada en ese limbo en el que ya no se puede manifestar y al mismo tiempo, no logra ver la Luz que se le ofrece desde el mundo espiritual porque su corazón y sus pensamientos están en el plano material.

He aquí un ejemplo del caso de una persona que traté de ayudar antes de que muriera para que se fuera de inmediato a la Luz. No lo logré porque el apego a su familia era muy grande. Pero así me habló después de morir:

Entiendo que puedes escucharme, aunque nunca creí que fuera esto posible. Cuando me hablaste diciéndome que me fuera sin miedo porque el castigo no existe y que buscara la Luz, me enojé muchísimo y con mucho esfuerzo, te hice la seña de que te fueras. Vi que lo comprendiste y no te sentiste mal, sino que te saliste para dejarme en paz. Ahora, te busco porque oigo voces que me dicen que efectivamente me puedes oír, que sabes lo que pasa aquí y me podrás ayudar a encontrar mi camino.

Cuando morí, porque mi cuerpo no podía más, me costó mucho trabajo decidirme a dejar a toda mi familia que siempre me dio muestras de mucho amor y no sabía bien a dónde me iría después de muerto. Yo creía que habría alguien para juzgarme y quizá mandarme un tiempo al purgatorio, porque todos tenemos errores y cola que nos pisen, por ello lo esperaba, pero llegué aquí y no hay nadie ni para juzgarme ni para decirme qué hacer. Te oí decir que debía buscar la Luz, pero te informo que aquí no hay ninguna, sólo oscuridad y frío. No entiendo las enseñanzas que no nos previenen de lo que nos puede suceder después de morirnos, aunque muerto no estoy, veo todo lo que dejé y a toda mi familia que sigue con su vida; me doy cuenta de que nadie es indispensable y que cuando alguien desparece, la vida sigue. Estoy muy triste, todo en lo que creía no es así; con mi esposa siempre fuimos devotos y seguíamos al pie de la letra lo que manda la Iglesia y ahora me encuentro con que no es cierto todo lo que dicen.

Le contesté que sus pensamientos de apego eran los que lo tenían allí, que para salir de la oscuridad sólo tenía que solicitar ver la Luz de Dios.

Voy a hacer lo que dices, porque de todos modos lo que creía es diferente; pido la Luz de Dios… ya se abrió una luz brillantísima, me atrae con fuerza irresistible y me envuelve de amor, de felicidad, de perdón, de sabiduría, porque de repente empiezo a comprender muchas cosas; que lo único importante en la vida es el verdadero amor al prójimo, lo que incluye honestidad, generosidad, no juicio y al mismo tiempo humildad, para saber que todos somos iguales, que nadie es superior a nadie y que cada quien está en un estado de conciencia diferente que lo hace actuar, más o menos, alejado del amor incondicional. Estoy en el Cielo gracias a tu ayuda, aquí espero a todos los que amé, cuando les toque venir.

Si alguien cree que no existe nada después de la muerte física, al morir se encontrará con esa Nada, una especie de bruma que los aísla de todo contacto con el mundo espiritual y con el físico. Otros problemas que existen para ellos son la soberbia de creerse indispensable, o la venganza hacia quien les provocó la muerte, o más aún, el haber dejado su posición de dinero y poder.

Algunas veces, cuando el alma llega al mundo espiritual, al no coincidir sus creencias con lo que encuentra, frecuentemente hay rechazo y rebeldía, pues sigue empecinada en lo que creía en vida y exige que así sea. No es que lo que descubre sea peor de lo que esperaba, pero no acepta haberse equivocado. Nuevamente aquí aparece el ego.

Hemos hablado de casos extremos y no son los más comunes. Los que generalmente mueren en un estado medio de conciencia, es decir, sin estar aferrados a su posición en esta vida, a los diferentes apegos o a alguna creencia específica, el pasaje se hace con bastante facilidad, ya que siempre hay seres de luz dispuestos a recibirlos y a ayudarlos en su readaptación al mundo espiritual.

Aprender a morir consiste, primero en desapegarse de todo lo que ofrece el mundo material, comprendiendo que han sido estímulos y herramientas para el trabajo que nos propusimos ejecutar antes de bajar a la presente vida. Después, entender que los afectos humanos significan la unión con las almas con las que decidimos interactuar en esta experiencia para avanzar en nuestra evolución. Sin embargo, no somos dueños de nadie ni indispensables en ningún caso. No es lo mismo amor que apego. En el amor se busca el bienestar y la libertad del ser amado, mientras que el apego significa posesión, control, sentirse indispensable y la creencia de que sin él no se puede vivir ni ser feliz. La verdadera libertad está en el desapego.

Otra cosa que ayuda a enfrentar la muerte con calma es vivir en el presente, sin arrastrar los sucesos del pasado, ya sean éstos agradables o desagradables, ni vivir en la fantasía de lo que todavía no sucede, por un lado los sueños de deseos por realizar y, por otro, el miedo a los acontecimientos negativos y a morir. El presente es la única realidad de la que disponemos y si a esto se aúna la aceptación de lo que nos ocurre, sabiendo que siempre se trata de condiciones que traen implícitas enseñanzas, viviremos en la paz interna.

De lo que se trata es de erradicar el miedo a la muerte sabiendo que en realidad no existe, que seguimos viviendo después de dejar el cuerpo y que la vida que nos espera es maravillosa, llena de amor y armonía. Si lo entendiéramos así, ya no habría lugar al miedo sino a la esperanza en una vida muy superior.

Learning to Die

Learning to die is learning to live intensely, without the shadow cast by the fear of death, which is the one event that every human being will experience sooner or later and is so frightening. We would be less afraid and would view death more calmly if we had a better understanding of how it works.

We must acknowledge that death does not really exist, that our true being is eternal and that it is just the transit from one stage in life to another which is the real one, when one of the many lives we have had in the physical world comes to an end.

The purpose of this article is to examine the process named death more profoundly so that we are better prepared to take this step that is as dreaded as it is unknown. The text is based on experiences that I have acquired with the so-called dead who I have been able to help with my psychic ability over the years.

What happens after death? When the body stops functioning, the soul exits that body and initiates its journey towards the spiritual world. Its detachment is effortless. Pain, should it have existed in the physical body, ceases, and the individual discovers that he is alive, aware, and sometimes, disoriented. If his wish is to go towards God, an exceptionally intense Light that envelops the individual with love will appear before him, leading him to his corresponding place in the spiritual world, which is the true life.

On occasion, however, a variety of situations can obstruct certain souls’ access to the Light. The individual’s state of consciousness will determine his reaction in the face of this transit; one is the architect of one’s destiny in life as in death. For example, fear of punishment –that is non-existent given that God is infinite love– is something that paralyzes the recently deceased. Attachment to material things and loved ones left behind is another significantly negative factor because the soul becomes stuck in that limbo where it cannot manifest or see the Light that the spiritual world offers either, since its heart and thoughts remain on the material plane.

Following is an example of a person that I tried to help before he died so that he could immediately go to the Light. I was unable to do so because of his tremendous attachment to his family. This is how he spoke to me after his death.

I understand that you can hear me, although I never thought that could be possible. I was angered when you told me to depart without being afraid because punishment doesn’t exist, and that I should seek the Light. I made great efforts and signaled you to go. I realized you understood, you weren’t upset, you went away and left me alone. I’m searching for you now because I hear voices that say you can actually hear me, that you know what happens here, and that you can help me find my way.

When I died, because my body gave out, it was very hard for me to leave my family who had given me so many signs of affection, and I didn’t really know where I’d go after my death. I thought that someone would judge me, and would probably send me to purgatory for some time because we all make mistakes and have done wrong, so I expected it, but I turned up here instead, and there is no one to judge me or to tell me what to do. I heard you say that I should look for the Light, but I want to inform you that there isn’t any light here, only darkness and cold. I don’t understand teachings that don’t warn us about what can happen to us after we die, although I’m not dead; I can see everything I left behind and my family going on with their lives. I’ve learned that no one is indispensable and that life remains the same after someone has departed. I’m so sad; this is nothing like what I believed in. My wife and I were always devout and followed the Church’s mandates to the letter only to find that what they say isn’t true.

I replied that his thoughts of attachment were holding him back; that all he needed to do to exit darkness was to ask for God’s Light.

I’m going to do what you are saying because this is different from what I believed in anyway. I request God’s Light… a bright light is opening before me, it attracts me with irresistible force and surrounds me with love, happiness, forgiveness, wisdom; I suddenly begin to understand so many things: the only thing that matters in life is loving others, which includes honesty and generosity rather than judgment, and the humility to understand that we are all equal, that no one is above anyone else, and that each person is in a different state of consciousness that makes him behave closer or further from unconditional love. I’m in Heaven thanks to your help. I’ll be here, waiting for the ones I loved when their time comes.

Emptiness is what people will find after dying if they think there is nothing after physical death, becoming submerged in a sort of haze that secludes them from any contact with the spiritual and the physical worlds. Pride, the belief that they are indispensable, or a desire of revenge against whoever caused their death, or furthermore, having left money and power behind, are other problems that they may face.

Sometimes, when the soul arrives in the spiritual world and it does not match that individual’s expectations, there may be rejection and rebellion due to unwavering beliefs, and its demand for things to be otherwise. It is not that what the soul discovers is worse than expected; it is about having been wrong. Once again, this is the ego at work.

The cases we have mentioned are extreme and uncommon. In general, the passage is relatively smooth for those who die in an average state of consciousness, meaning that they are not grasping on to their position in life, nor have other forms of attachments or specific beliefs, because there are beings of light willing to receive and help them in their re-adaptation to the spiritual world.

Learning to die initially involves becoming detached from all things that the material world has to offer in the understanding that they have been stimuli and tools for the tasks we sought out before coming into this current life. Then, accepting that our emotional ties with others represent unity with the souls that we decided to interact with in this life experience in order to advance in our evolution. However, we do not own anyone nor are we irreplaceable in any case. Love and attachment are not the same. Love seeks the loved one’s wellbeing and freedom, while attachment means possession, control, feeling indispensable, and clinging on to the belief that one cannot live or be happy without the object of one’s affection. True freedom is in detachment.

Something else that helps facing death serenely is to live in the present, without dragging incidents from the past, whether they were pleasant or not, nor living in the fantasy of things that haven’t happened yet: on the one hand, dreams we hope will come true, on the other, the fear of negative events and to die. The present is the only available reality, and if that awareness goes along with the acceptance of what happens to us, knowing that these conditions are provided for our learning, we will achieve internal peace.

It is about eradicating the fear of death with the knowledge that it does not really exist, that we continue living after having left our body, and that the life that awaits us is marvelous, full of love and harmony. There will be no room for fear, but rather, the hope for a far superior life if we are able to understand it this way.

Ayuda a las almas desde el mundo físico – Helping Souls from the Physical World

Todo lo que existe es energía vibrando de diferente manera y a distintas frecuencias. Cada plano de realidad está regido por vibraciones de energía que lo hacen más o menos denso. El plano físico es sumamente denso y el Bajo Astral corresponde a esa misma frecuencia.

Cuando un alma se encuentra vagando en el Bajo Astral y no ve la luz del Mundo Espiritual es porque está vibrando a la misma frecuencia que el mundo material y aunque desde las esferas superiores se le trate de ayudar enviando luz, no la ve por estar enfrascado en sus pensamientos que están acordes con lo que acaba de dejar. Es por esto que la ayuda que se les proporciona desde el plano físico puede ser más efectiva.

En una ocasión, un amigo me comentó que su padre se había suicidado y que una psíquica que había consultado le había dicho que su pequeño nieto ayudaría al bisabuelo a llegar a la Luz. No entendí cómo un niño podría llevar a un alma desorientada a encontrar la Luz del Mundo Espiritual y debo confesar que dudé de la autenticidad del mensaje. Algún tiempo después, estando con él, su padre se presentó y así le habló:

Mi querido hijo, ahora estoy en la luz gracias a tu nieto Emilio. Te preguntas cómo puede ser esto posible y te voy a decir cómo. Él es un alma muy avanzada que quiso ir a la Tierra para ayudar a su familia a abrirse a los nuevos conceptos de la vida. Decidió antes de partir que me ayudaría a sacarme de mi terquedad de remordimientos que no me llevaban a ningún lado. Su ayuda se hizo con la pureza de su espíritu que emana una energía de amor tan fuerte que llega hasta donde yo estaba enfrascado en mis remordimientos.

De repente, vi una luz resplandeciente que me llamaba con gran amor y sucumbí a su atractivo. Así pues, estoy en un mundo maravilloso y puedo ver desde aquí tu trabajo que aprecio enormemente. Te felicito y te pido que continúes.

Con el amor de padre que no supe darlo convenientemente cuando estaba vivo.

Días después de esta experiencia, recibí el siguiente mensaje.

“La nueva conciencia empieza a abrirse, aunque ustedes lo vean como imposible. La nueva humanidad se está creando con almas que vienen ya con una conciencia diferente, son almas que tienen la valentía de encarnar en estos tiempos difíciles de cambio. El ejemplo de Emilio se está repitiendo por doquier y la luz que esas almas emanan ayuda a disipar la oscuridad. Este caso quiere decir que las almas que se encuentran en el Bajo Astral reciben más fácilmente la luz cuando proviene de un alma encarnada, al encontrarse ésta vibrando en el mismo plano, que cuando se manda la luz desde el Mundo Espiritual”.

La ayuda que podemos proporcionarles a las almas en el “más allá” es muy eficaz. No sólo a los que se encuentran desorientados vagando en el Bajo Astral, pero también a los que ya llegaron al Mundo Espiritual. Me han llegado mensajes de algunos que encontrándose ya en el primer plano del Mundo Espiritual, nos piden ayuda. Para poder ascender al segundo plano, me dicen que primero hay que erradicar los defectos que se traen de la vida que acaba de terminar. Transcribo a continuación un mensaje de un amigo fallecido que me explica lo que tiene que hacer para seguir ascendiendo:

Me dan permiso de hablarte para comunicarte mi experiencia en este mundo inigualable. Cada vez que piensas en algo se materializa, es la expresión de nuestro poder creativo lo que funciona extraordinariamente bien en este plano. Puedes socializar con otras almas que se encuentran aquí o que bajan de planos superiores a visitarte y ayudarte a avanzar. Hay almas que vienen a asistirme e instruirme sobre lo que hay que hacer para continuar con mi ascensión. Lo primero que tengo que hacer es controlar mi ego que traigo arrastrando desde esa última vida y practicar el amor universal. Te puedo decir que aquí eso es más fácil que en la vida en la materia porque en este lugar prevalece un entorno amoroso donde no hay necesidad de sobresalir, pero se trae todavía marcada en el alma esa tendencia que cuesta trabajo erradicar. En mi caso, deseo del aplauso de la comunidad por mis creaciones, pero me doy cuenta de que no soy yo, sino es el Creador de todo lo que existe quien que se manifiesta a través mío.

Después, es muy difícil socializar cuando no lo hiciste durante tu vida por los estúpidos complejos que se tienen y eso también está grabado en tu cuerpo emocional. Entonces, el trabajo a realizar es limpiar esas emociones antes de proceder al cambio de plano. Te pido que me mandes luz porque no sabes el bien que hace y el empujón que provoca la intención de los encarnados de ayudar a los que nos fuimos. Necesito ayuda para salir de mi ego que me atora en este plano, pues quisiera poder avanzar más pronto. Mi obsesión por ser mejor que los demás no es más que ego y lo necesito cambiar. Lo que te puedo decir es que los pensamientos de amor y ayuda que se nos envían del mundo físico se sienten de una manera muy agradable y nos sirven para avanzar. De allí que el rezar por los difuntos es cierto que sirve.

Como él, he tenido otros ejemplos en los que nos piden apoyo con oraciones para poder seguir elevándose. El rezo es el resultado de nuestra intención de asistir a los difuntos en su proceso. No porque se hayan ido los debemos olvidar, hay que tenerlos siempre presentes enviándoles energía de amor.

Helping Souls from the Physical World

Everything in existence is energy that vibrates in different ways and at a diversity of frequencies. Vibrations that are comprised of energy cause each plane of reality to be more or less dense. The physical plane is extremely dense and the Lower Astral corresponds to that same frequency.

Souls who are wandering in the Lower Astral cannot see the Spiritual World’s Light because they are vibrating at the same frequency as the material world, and despite attempts made from higher spheres to help these souls by sending them light, they cannot see it because they are trapped in their thoughts according to what they have recently left. That is why help provided from the physical plane can be more effective.

A friend of mine once spoke to me about his own father who had committed suicide, and a psychic that he had consulted who told him that his young grandson would allow the boy’s great grandfather reach the Light. I didn’t understand how a child could aid a lost soul to find the Light of the Spiritual World, and I must confess that I doubted the message’s authenticity. Time passed, and on another occasion that my friend was with me, his father manifested, and said:

My beloved son, I am now in the Light thanks to your grandson, Emilio. You ask yourself how it is possible that I am telling you this. He is a very evolved soul that wished to go to Earth to help his family open up to new concepts in life. Before he departed, he decided to draw me out of my stubbornness and remorse that was leading me nowhere. His assistance came from the purity of his spirit that emanates such a powerful loving energy that it was able to reach me where I was, trapped in remorse.

I suddenly saw a shining light that was calling me ever so lovingly, and I fell for it. That is how I am now in this marvelous world, and from here, I can see the work you are doing, which I deeply appreciate. I want to congratulate you and ask you to keep going.

With all of a father’s love that I was unable to give as I should have when I was alive.

A few days after this experience, I received the following message.

“A new consciousness is starting to open up although you believe that is impossible. A new humanity is being created with souls that are coming with a different consciousness; brave souls prepared to face difficult times of change. Emilio’s example is being duplicated all about, and the light these souls emanate will help dispel darkness. This case implies that the souls who are in the Lower Astral receive light coming from embodied souls with greater ease than when light is sent from the Spiritual World since they are vibrating from within the same plane.”

The help we can provide souls in the “afterlife” is very effective. Not only for those who are disoriented, roaming in the Lower Astral, but also those that have already arrived to the Spiritual World. I have received messages asking for help from some who already are in the first plane of the Spiritual World. To be able to ascend into the second plane, they must first eradicate the faults they bring with them from the life that has just ended. Following is a message that I transcribed from a departed friend who explains what has to be done in order to continue on the journey:

I’m allowed to speak to you to communicate my experience in this incomparable world. Any time you think about something, it materializes; the expression of our creative power works so extraordinarily in this plane. You can socialize with other souls who are here or that descend from higher planes to visit and help you progress. There are souls who come to my aid and teach me what I need to do to continue on my ascent. First, I must control my ego, which I’ve been dragging since my recent life and practice universal love. I can say that it is easier to do here than in life in matter because the prevailing environment is so loving that there is no need to excel, but that tendency, which is imprinted in the soul, is difficult to remove. In my particular case, the desire for accolades from the community on account of my creations. But I realize that it isn’t me, it’s the Creator of all existing things who manifests through me.

Then, it becomes difficult to socialize when that wasn’t something you did in life due to foolish hang-ups that are also engraved in your emotional body. Later, the work that needs to be done is to cleanse those emotions before proceeding to the change in planes. I’m asking you to send me light because you can’t imagine how beneficial it is, that nudge that occurs as a result of embodied beings’ intentions to help those of us who have departed. I need help to exit my ego that traps me in this plane because I would like to move forward faster. My obsession with being better than others is nothing but my ego and I must change that. What I can tell you is that thoughts of love and assistance sent from the physical world are very pleasant and useful in advancing. That’s why praying for the dead truly helps.

Like him, I have had other examples where our assistance with prayer is requested to further elevate. Prayer is the result of our intention to support the departed in their process. We should not forget them now that they are gone, they should always be present by our sending them the energy of love.

El infierno – Hell

El verdadero sentido de la existencia individual está en manifestarnos, cada uno de diferente manera por habérsenos proporcionado el libre albedrío. Al estar experimentando voluntariamente la separación, el miedo que confiere el sentirnos solos y aislados de cuanto existe y de Dios, nos empuja en un principio a actuar en contra del amor, que es unión. El Creador acepta estas actuaciones que a la larga, mediante la ley causa-efecto, nos harán redescubrir la unidad con Todo lo que Es. ¿Cómo podría castigarnos cuando está de acuerdo en esas experiencias que también Él vive, ya que su esencia está en todo lo que existe? Dios es amor y misericordia infinitos, no es posible que castigue pues sería una contradicción.

Todo sale del Creador y después de manifestarse vuelve a Él. Aunque nos alejemos del camino de retorno, siempre hay una fuerza que nos atrae a su seno; los desvaríos de sus criaturas se compensan siempre con la ley causa-efecto, lo que ocasiona que se vuelva a la ruta correcta. Nunca, ninguna de sus criaturas permanece apartada porque todas son parte integrante de esa Fuente de Toda Vida que es el Todo.

De esto resulta que el llamado Infierno eterno no exista. No hay ningún castigo por los errores que se cometen, sólo situaciones que van dirigidas a restablecer la armonía perdida por falta de amor y de humildad.

Cuando el alma de un ser humano se aleja drásticamente del amor, hay circunstancias promovidas por la ley causa-efecto que le harán comprender su error. Sin embargo, hay almas muy rebeldes que a pesar de ello siguen inmersas en la soberbia de desconocer la existencia de un Ser Supremo, sintiéndose únicos y separados del resto. Esta situación les provoca una gran infelicidad, ya que se están cerrando voluntariamente a la Luz del Creador y por lo tanto a la suya propia; esto es lo que podríamos entender por Infierno. Dicho estado es voluntario y no eterno, ya que generalmente salen de él con la asistencia de altos seres de Luz que vienen a su rescate.

Las almas que se estacionan en el Bajo Astral por diferentes razones, como la culpa, el odio, la venganza, los diferentes apegos, la creencia de que nada existe después de la muerte física, se encuentran en un plano oscuro y frío mientras no ven la Luz. Es una situación muy desagradable pero también, a la larga, logran liberarse y dirigirse al plano que les corresponde en el mundo espiritual.

El castigo que supuestamente merecen los suicidas, tampoco existe. Cuando un individuo decide suicidarse, generalmente lo hace para evadir los obstáculos de su vida que ya no puede soportar. Cree acabar con ella, pero al constatar que ésta no se acaba y que los problemas que creía resolver con ese acto siguen vigentes, se llena de culpa y de remordimiento. Se da cuenta de que fue un acto de cobardía por no enfrentar con valor los problemas que se le presentaron, que con su actuación provocó mucho dolor a sus seres queridos, lo que lo sume en un estado de desesperación. Así vaga por el Bajo Astral sin saber qué hacer ni a dónde dirigirse. Muchos esperan el castigo que creen merecer por su acción insensata. Esta situación bien podríamos describirla como un Infierno, pero en ningún caso es eterna, a estos seres se les ayuda también a encontrar la Luz.

Se puede vivir un infierno en vida cuando ante las circunstancias que se nos presentan no tenemos el valor de afrontarlas y nos rebelamos. Cuando hay aceptación, aún los obstáculos más difíciles se pueden superar; el dolor es parte de la vida pero cuando se aceptan las condiciones que lo provocan, el sufrimiento no aparece.

Tenemos que entender que no hay castigo divino, sólo el amor infinito de nuestro Creador que nos sostiene a lo largo de nuestra evolución.

Cuando dejamos el cuerpo, se ven con increíble claridad todas las actuaciones que tuvimos durante esa última experiencia. Ya no hay lugar a auto justificaciones, se perciben en su justo medio todos los errores y faltas de amor, así como los efectos que nuestra actuación errónea provocó en los demás. Es entonces cuando surgen los remordimientos y el dolor que estos confieren, lo que ayudará a tratar de corregirlos en una próxima existencia.

A continuación transmito el mensaje de un amigo que me habló desde la Luz:

Me dirijo a ti para decirte lo mucho que me sirvió la lectura de tus libros. El hecho de buscar la Luz en cuanto me vi fuera de mi cuerpo me salvó de momentos de angustia y desorientación y llegué de inmediato a este mundo maravilloso gracias a tus enseñanzas. Una vez que llegué, me encontré con un mundo que no esperaba. No sé qué creía al respecto, no me lo cuestionaba porque estaba demasiado ocupado con mi carrera, mi trabajo que tantos premios y reconocimientos me dio. Sí, me envolví en mi ego al sentirme muy superior y, créeme que eso me ha costado lágrimas de sangre al llegar a este mundo excepcional. Efectivamente el castigo no existe, como bien te lo han dicho, pero los remordimientos son peores. Cuando se te presenta lo que fue tu vida y te ves de cuerpo entero con todas tus fallas, sobre todo tu enorme ego, es difícil aguantarlo. Sientes en carne propia lo que les hiciste pasar a los demás como consecuencia de tus defectos. Claro que tampoco te voy a decir que fui malo, sólo soberbio y eso necesita corregirse en una próxima experiencia, porque aquí me he dado cuenta de que la existencia es eterna y nuestra evolución se lleva a cabo mediante muchas diferentes vidas en la materia física. Cuánto te agradezco que me oigas para que des como ejemplo lo que no se debe hacer, aun cuando se tiene éxito en lo que se emprende. Aquí he logrado comprender que lo importante es la humildad, el amor y la generosidad. En lo primero fallé, porque humildad no quiere decir sentirse menos, sino aceptarse con las cualidades que se tienen, agradeciendo al Creador por habérnoslas dado, sintiendo en todo momento que es Él mismo quien se manifiesta a través nuestro, en lugar de sentirse especial y superior a los demás.

Ahora me doy cuenta de que si me hubiera percatado a tiempo de ese defecto mi vida hubiera sido distinta, porque el ego produce infelicidad a propios y a ajenos. Te digo todo esto para que sepas que aquí, al llegar, se revisa la vida que acaba de terminar con sus errores y aciertos y son los primeros los que nos hacen sufrir.

Como se puede entender, son los remordimientos los que nos sirven para corregir los errores y acercarnos cada vez más al descubrimiento de nuestro verdadero ser que es AMOR.

Hell

The true meaning of our personal existence is in manifesting ourselves, each one in different ways because we were given free will. As we voluntarily experiment separation, the fear of feeling alone and isolated from all existing things and God, we are initially pushed to act against love that is union. The Creator accepts these actions, that on the long run, through the law of cause and effect, will lead us to rediscover togetherness with All that Is. How could He punish us when he agrees with those experiences that He shares in given that his essence is omnipresent? God is infinite love and mercy; He cannot punish us because it would be contradictory.

All things come from the Creator, and after manifesting, return to Him. Although we stray on our way back, there is always a force that attracts us towards him. The law of cause and effect, taking us back to the right path, always compensates for His creatures’ shortcomings. None of His creation will remain separate because we are all an integral part of the Source of All Life that is the Whole.

Consequently, so-called Hell does not exist. There is no punishment for the mistakes we make, only situations directed towards reestablishing harmony that has been lost due to a lack of love and humility.

Circumstances promoted by the law of cause and effect will make a human being’s soul understand its faults when it distances itself from love. However, there are rebellious souls that, notwithstanding, remain submerged in pride, ignoring the existence of the Supreme Being, feeling alone and apart from the rest. Situations like this engender profound unhappiness, as those souls are voluntarily shutting out the Creator’s Light, and henceforth, their own. That condition can be interpreted as Hell. But it is voluntary and is not eternal since those souls are generally able to exit with the aid of highly beings of Light who come to their rescue.

The souls that remain in the Lower Astral for a variety of reasons such as guilt, hatred, revenge, a variety of attachments, the belief that nothing exists after physical death, and so on, are in a dark, cold plane until they see the Light. It is a miserable situation, but with time, they will free themselves and go towards their corresponding plane in the spiritual world.

Punishment, allegedly deserved, for suicides does not exist either. When an individual takes his own life, it is generally to avoid obstacles that he could no longer endure. He believes that he has done away with his life but when he discovers that it does not come to an end, and that the problems he thought would be solved by killing himself remain, he becomes guilt-ridden. He realizes that it was a cowardly act on account of not being able to face the issues he encountered with courage, and that his actions brought grief upon his loved ones, sinking him into desperation. Hence, he wanders in the Lower Astral not knowing what to do or where to go. Many expect punishment that they believe is warranted for their senseless act. We could describe such a scenario as Hell, but again, it is not everlasting, and these beings will also be helped to find the Light.

We can be submerged in a living hell when we are not brave enough to confront our circumstances and choose rebel instead. Even the greatest obstacles can be surmounted when there is acceptance; pain is part of living but when the conditions that cause it are accepted, there is no suffering.

We must understand that there is no such thing as divine punishment, just our Creator’s boundless love that sustains us throughout our evolution.

It is unbelievable how clear actions from our most recent experience become once we have left our body. There is no more room for justifications, and our mistakes and failings to love take on their true dimensions, just like the effects of our wrongdoing on others. That is when remorse takes over and the pain it causes can help us to correct them in a future experience.

Following is a message from a friend who spoke to me from the Light.

I’m speaking to you to tell you how helpful it was for me to read your books. Seeking the Light when I left my body saved me from the anguish of feeling lost, and I immediately arrived in this wonderful world thanks to your teachings. Once I was here, I found a world that I didn’t expect. I don’t know what I thought about it. I hadn’t questioned myself before because I was too busy with my career, my work and the awards and acknowledgements I received. Yes, I was enveloped in my ego, feeling so above it all. And believe me, I cried bitter tears when I arrived to this exceptional world. As you have been told, punishment doesn’t exist but regrets are worse. It is so difficult to bear when you are presented with your life and you see the whole of yourself, with all of your flaws, and mainly, your enormous ego. You feel what you put others through as a result of your defects in the flesh. I don’t mean to say I was evil, I was proud, and that needs to be repaired in another experience, because I now realize that existence is eternal and our evolution occurs over the course of many different lives in physical matter. I thank you so much for listening to me so that you can give others examples of what they shouldn’t do, even if they succeed in every undertaking. I have finally understood that humility, love and generosity are all that matter. I failed on the first count, because humility is not feeling that one is lesser, it is to accept oneself with one’s talents, thanking God for having granted them to us. Recognizing at all times that it is He, manifesting Himself through us, instead of feeling special and better that the rest.

I now know that if I had been aware of this character flaw earlier on, my life would have been different, because the ego only causes us unhappiness and to everyone around us. I’m sharing this with you so that you know that when we arrive here, the life that has just ended is examined with the good and the bad, and it is the latter that makes us suffer.

It is clear through this testimony that it is through repentance that we learn to correct our mistakes and approach the discovery of our true self, which is LOVE.

La muerte no existe – Death Does not Exist

Cómo es que no existe la muerte si es la única certeza que tenemos, que algún día, todos sin excepción, dejaremos este mundo. Sin embargo, no moriremos porque la llamada muerte es sólo un paso a otra dimensión, a la verdadera vida que se encuentra en el Mundo Espiritual. Somos seres espirituales tomando una experiencia en el mundo físico y para podernos manifestar en él, necesitamos de un cuerpo físico. Cuando acabamos con lo que nos propusimos experimentar al bajar a la densidad del mundo material, dejamos el “vestido” que nos sirvió para manifestarnos y nos regresamos a nuestra auténtica morada.

La muerte no existe ya que somos eternos. Nos originamos en la Fuente de Toda Vida a la que se le llama Dios, Creador, Conciencia Universal , que siempre ha sido y siempre será. Lo que se entiende por muerte…

La Reencarnación es un tema controvertido, mientras algunos lo niegan otros lo aceptan como el natural proceso de la evolución del alma. Transcribo a continuación una lección recibida de los maestros espirituales.

Si contemplamos la creación, vemos cómo las leyes que rigen el universo son de una profunda sabiduría y no podemos más que concluir que han sido concebidas por una inteligencia superior y que no pudieron haber salido de una forma espontánea. Existe un orden universal que difícilmente se puede negar, que tiene que estar regido por algo que nos es incomprensible todavía pero, desde luego, muy superior a lo que podamos siquiera imaginar.

Hay otra cosa que es evidente para el más simple observador, y es que todo evoluciona. ¿Hacia dónde? no sabemos, pero desde el comienzo del universo físico se van formando diferentes clases de materia, las cuales van evolucionando hacia formas de vida más complejas hasta llegar al ser humano. Así pues, la evolución es incontestable, sólo que no sabemos hacia dónde se dirige o cuál es el futuro de toda esta creación. Los diferentes místicos de la humanidad han dado cada uno su versión, pero todos coinciden en que nos dirigimos hacia nuestro origen.

Si hablamos de evolución, nos encontramos ante el tema de reencarnación que unos aceptan y otros no; pero los que creen en ella, cada uno da una diferente interpretación. ¿Cuál es la verdadera? Todas tienen parte de verdad, aunque con una conciencia de tercera dimensión no se pueden entender, en toda su magnitud, los misterios de la creación. Conforme vayamos abriendo nuestra conciencia a los otros planos, iremos comprendiendo mejor el proceso creativo y el porqué de los diferentes acontecimientos que se realizan a lo largo de la creación y evolución del universo.

La doctrina de la reencarnación expone que el hombre nace una y otra vez en la Tierra hasta llegar a tomar conciencia de su divinidad. Cuando nuestro Espíritu o Chispa Divina, llamada Yo superior, Ser Esencial o Yo total, desea experimentar el mundo físico, acepta entrar en el olvido total de su verdadero ser para redescubrirlo a través de múltiples experiencias. Todas estas vidas tienen lugar simultáneamente en un eterno presente, ya que el tiempo lineal como lo percibimos mientras estamos encarnados, no es así. Pero como al estar inmersos en el sistema espacio-temporal no entendemos la simultaneidad, tenemos que explicar este proceso como vidas sucesivas. Así, el Yo Superior se expresa simultáneamente en diferentes personalidades en distintos momentos de la historia de la Tierra. Sus experiencias sirven para desarrollar su creatividad y crecer espiritualmente, compensándose unas a otras hasta lograr la comprensión de lo que en realidad somos, que es AMOR.

Después de la muerte física, el alma se dirige hacia el mundo espiritual y llega al plano que le corresponde por frecuencia vibratoria. Allí se encuentra con el grupo de almas con las que ha interactuado a través de varias vidas y se comunican entre ellas para analizar el trabajo efectuado durante la vida que acaba de terminar y verificar los avances obtenidos en ella.

A continuación, el alma, habiendo tomado conciencia de su verdadero ser divino, va al plano de aprendizaje en el que se estudian las verdades cósmicas y cómo funciona la creación. Acto seguido, después de trabajar intensamente en tratar de mejorar los defectos de carácter, el alma decide regresar a la Tierra o seguir su evolución en el mundo espiritual, en donde también se avanza pero más lentamente. Sin embargo, hay ciertas experiencias que sólo ofrece el mundo físico, en el que al ser el ambiente tan adverso, se aprenden las virtudes en forma rápida y profunda.

Cuando un alma decide continuar evolucionando en el plano terrenal, antes de comenzar una nueva encarnación, recibe la ayuda de su guía principal y de otros altísimos seres que se dedican a organizar las vidas que las almas necesitan para avanzar.

Se le proponen al alma las diferentes opciones que puede elegir en lo que respecta al cuerpo, el sexo, la familia, el medio socioeconómico y el lugar geográfico, según lo que decida experimentar. Se consideran todos los aspectos de la próxima vida que le servirán para su avance espiritual, así como para compensar errores que ha provocado con su actuar egocéntrico en el curso del proceso evolutivo. Asimismo se eligen las almas con las que actuará en esa vida, en muchas ocasiones como compensación, o para expresar el perdón y el amor. Se organizan, y el alma acepta, los diferentes obstáculos que tendrá que superar durante su vida.

La enseñanza de la reencarnación nos lleva a comprender el porqué de nuestras diferencias de destino, de estado de conciencia, de medio socioeconómico, de sufrimientos. Parecería que la vida se ensaña con algunos, dándoles a otros todas las satisfacciones materiales. Sin embargo, todo en la vida tiene una razón de ser y esto se explica porque cada cual se encuentra en un nivel de conciencia distinto según su grado de evolución y, por otro lado, se trata de experiencias que difieren unas de otras porque han sido concebidas con un objetivo específico de aprender ciertas virtudes, así como para desarrollar la creatividad que yace en el interior de cada uno.

En el mundo vemos seres en muy distintos niveles de evolución. Mientras algunos actúan en forma negativa que llega hasta la crueldad, otros están en la búsqueda de la Luz ejerciendo el amor a sus semejantes. Esto no quiere decir que unos sean mejores que otros, ya que todos, intrínsecamente, tenemos la misma cantidad de luz; la diferencia estriba en el grado en que cada uno se ha purificado a través de la desidentificación con el ego, que es el que nos cubre de sombra.

Todas las acciones de los seres humanos están interrelacionadas, y aun las más inarmónicas sirven a quienes sufren de ellas para desapegarse de este plano, eliminar karma y practicar la compasión y el no juicio.

Cada vez que rompemos la armonía universal, que es amor, con nuestro actuar egocéntrico, obra la ley causa-efecto o lo que se entiende por karma. Entonces se nos da la oportunidad de tener una determinada experiencia que nos enseñe la forma correcta de actuar. No es un acto punitivo del universo, sino el simple efecto de nuestras causas que necesitan ser corregidas para restablecer el equilibrio perdido.

En la experiencia del mundo físico, se necesita experimentar todo: tanto lo agradable como lo desagradable, ya que esto último nos templa y nos fortalece, siendo el placer sólo un aliciente que nos permite continuar la lucha y la superación. Un mensaje de los guías nos aclara por qué volvemos una y otra vez a encarnar en el mundo físico.

La vida en el mundo espiritual es la verdadera vida y no se comprende esto mientras se está inmerso en la materia física. Nuestra existencia es maravillosa, pero siempre está presente la atracción de la Fuente que nos dio la vida y la individualidad. Es por esta atracción por lo que nos vemos impelidos a avanzar, y sabemos que no hay mejor escuela que la vida en el plano físico, ya que tenemos que comprender su funcionamiento en forma completa. Es decir, que se tiene que pasar por todas las experiencias para merecer el siguiente plano pues ha sido nuestra voluntad expresarnos en el plano de la materia física. Nos cuesta trabajo, mientras estamos allí, comprender cómo se puede desear ir a sufrir y pasar por toda clase de privaciones, pero se tiene que entender que el enfoque en esta dimensión es completamente distinto. El sufrimiento y las privaciones ayudan a desapegarse del atractivo del plano terrenal, el cual, mientras se sigue vibrando en esa tesitura, nos atrae irremisiblemente a volver a él. Es por esto por lo que se escoge sufrir, ya que eso eleva la vibración y nos ayuda a desapegarnos del plano en el que nos vemos atrapados si nos dejamos llevar por sus placeres ilusorios y sus espejismos. El sufrimiento, ya sea físico o moral, nos eleva de la vibración terrena pues se opone a nuestro deseo de bienestar, que es lo que nos apega a esa dimensión.

Una vez que se han desarrollado todas las virtudes a través de las distintas vidas, el alma pasa al siguiente plano donde ya no es necesario regresar a la Tierra.

Reincarnation

Reincarnation, which is the soul’s natural way to evolve, is a controversial subject, denied by some and accepted by others. Below is a lesson received from teachers that belong to the spiritual realm:

If we contemplate Creation, we can see how the laws that govern the Universe are of a profound wisdom and we can only conclude that they have been conceived by a higher intelligence and did not create themselves spontaneously. There is a universal order that can hardly be denied and it must be governed by something that is still beyond our comprehension, but is indeed far more superior than we can possibly imagine.

There is another matter evident even to the simplest observer: everything evolves. Whereto? We do not know, but different kinds of matter have been forming since the beginning of the Universe, matter which evolves into more complex forms of life until it reaches the human state. Therefore, evolution is undeniable, however we do not know where it is headed to or what the future awaits in that regard. Humanity’s various mystics have each given a different version, but all agree that we are heading back towards our origin.

If we speak of evolution, we find ourselves before the subject of reincarnation, one which is accepted by some and denied by others; but each of those who believe provide different versions. Which one is true? All of them are partly true, but a third dimensional consciousness is not enough to fully understand the mysteries of Creation. As we continue to open our consciousness to other realms, we will better understand the creative process and the reasons behind the different events that happen throughout the Universe’s creation and evolution.

The reincarnation doctrine explains that man is born once and again on Earth until it gains awareness of its divinity. Once our Spirit or Divine Spark, also known as the Higher Self, Essential Being or Total Self, decides to experiment the physical world, it accepts the entry into total forgetfulness of its true self in order to rediscover it through multiple experiences. All these lives take place simultaneously within an eternal present, because lineal time as we perceive it while we are incarnate is not lineal at all. But since we are immersed in the space-time system we cannot understand simultaneity, we have to explain this process as a succession of lives.

Thus, the Higher Self expresses itself simultaneously through various personalities during different moments of Earth’s history. Its experiences are used to develop its creativity and grow spiritually, compensating each other until an understanding of what we truly are is reached, which is LOVE.

After the physical death, the soul sets out towards the spiritual world and reaches the plane it belongs to according to its vibratory frequency. There, it meets with the group of souls it has interacted with through various lives to communicate among each other and analyze and verify the work carried out and the advances obtained during the recently ended life.

Right after, the soul, having reached awareness of its true divine self, sets out towards the teaching plane to study the cosmic truths and the ways of Creation. Then, after working intensely on improving flaws of character, the soul decides to return to Earth or continue its evolution in the spiritual realm, where one can advance but at a slower pace. Nonetheless, there are certain experiences offered only by the physical world, where the environment is so adverse that the virtues are learned in a quicker and deeper manner.

When a soul decides to continue evolving in the earthly plane, before the beginning of a new incarnation, it receives assistance from its main guide and other higher beings whose job is to organize the lives the souls need to progress and improve.

Different options are offered to the soul to choose in regard to its body, gender, family, socioeconomic status and geographical place, in accordance to what it decides to experience. It then takes into consideration all the aspects of the next life which will help it to advance spiritually, as well as to compensate errors caused by its selfishness during the course of its evolutionary process. Also, it chooses the souls it will coexist with in said life, in many occasions as compensation or to express forgiveness and love. They organize, and the soul accepts the different obstacles to be transcended during its lifetime.

The teaching of reincarnation leads us to understand the why of our different destinies, our different levels of awareness, of socioeconomic status, of suffering. It seems that life is cruel to some while it gives others all the material satisfactions. However, everything in life has a reason and this is explained through the fact that everyone is in a different level of awareness in accordance with their level of evolution and, on the other hand, it is about experiences that differ one from another because they have been conceived with the specific purpose of learning certain virtues, as well as to develop the creativity that lies within each and everyone.

We see many beings in this world that are in different levels of evolution. While some act so negatively as to achieve cruelty, others are searching for the Light by practicing love among their fellow men. This does not mean that some are better than others, since all of us have, inherently, the same amount of light; the difference strives on the level of purification each one has achieved through the detachment of the ego, which is what covers us with shadow.

All of the human beings’ actions are interrelated, and even the least harmonious ones serve those who suffer them to detach themselves from this word, eliminate karma and practice compassion and non-judgment.

Every time we break the universal harmony, which is love, through our self-centered actions, the law of cause and effect, also known as karma, comes into place, thus giving us the opportunity to have a certain experience that teaches us the correct way to act. It is not a punishment from the universe, but a simple effect of our causes that need to be corrected to reestablish the lost balance.

When we come to this world we are meant to experience everything: that which is pleasant and that which is unpleasant; the latter tempers and strengthens us, while the former is only an incentive for us to continue the struggle and self-improvement. A message from the guides clarifies why we continuously decide to incarnate in the physical world:

Life in the spiritual world is the true life and this cannot be understood while you are immersed in the physical matter. Our existence is marvelous, but the attraction from the Source that gave us life and individuality is always present. It is because of this attraction that we are often prevented from advancing, and we know there is no better school than the life in the physical plane, where we must learn to understand its functioning in a complete manner. That is, one must go through all the experiences to deserve the next plane because it has been our will to express ourselves in the realm of physical matter. It is difficult to understand, while we are there, how we can wish to suffer and go through all kinds of losses, but one must understand that the focus in this dimension is completely different. The suffering and losses help you to detach from the attractions of the earthly plane, which, while one is still vibrating in that position, irremissibly attracts us to return to it. This is why one chooses to suffer, because suffering increases the vibration and helps us to detach from the plane in which we can get stuck if we let ourselves be carried on by its illusory pleasures and mirages. Suffering, whether physical or moral, elevates our terrestrial vibration because it opposes our desire for wellbeing, which is what attaches us to this dimension.

Once all the virtues have been developed through different lifetimes, the soul passes on to the next plane where it is no longer necessary to return to Earth.

La aceptación significa admitir los errores y defectos propios y ajenos sin enjuiciarlos, tomando consciencia de que hemos venido a esta dimensión a experimentar la imperfección, para que poco a poco vayamos descubriendo lo que somos en realidad. Al olvidar que somos parte integral de Dios, que venimos de Él y que a Él habremos de volver, entramos en un estado de olvido en el que no entendemos bien de qué se trata la vida en la materia. Entonces desarrollamos una serie de comportamientos que tienen como finalidad cubrir el miedo que nos provoca creer que estamos solos y separados del Todo y tratar así de eliminar el vacío existencial que experimentamos con el olvido de nuestra verdadera naturaleza que es amor, unión. Surge en nosotros la necesidad de ser superiores a los demás, lo que nos da seguridad, de ser aceptados y reconocidos por nuestros logros; el deseo de posesiones materiales y de controlar a todo y a todos, lo que se traduce en poder. El Ego es el que se alimenta de esto.

Quien tiene una baja estima de sí mismo es porque no acepta su vida ni su persona, desearía ser más rico, más popular, más bello, más poderoso; en suma, busca la superioridad en todos los aspectos; desearía que cualquier cosa que haga fuera perfecta y no acepta equivocarse. Todo esto es Ego. El perfeccionismo, entendido de esa manera, es un obstáculo para la humildad. Tratar de hacer lo mejor que uno puede en todo lo que se emprende es lo que se debe hacer, pero si no se obtiene la perfección, que no existe, entonces hay que aceptarlo.

Aceptación también es estar en armonía con las circunstancias que nos tocan vivir, las cuales hemos diseñado antes de venir al mundo de la materia y que son las herramientas que nos servirán para obtener lo que nos propusimos antes de encarnar. Con ellas podremos trabajar las virtudes que necesitamos desarrollar y sabremos cuáles son si observamos nuestras fallas. Si nos falta generosidad, por ejemplo, es eso lo que tenemos que trabajar, practicándola cuando se presente la oportunidad; si es la paciencia lo que venimos a aprender, tratar de ser paciente aún delante de circunstancias difíciles de aceptar; si el orgullo es el que nos domina, debemos auto observarnos para transmutarlo en humildad. Cuando es el control sobre los demás y sobre nuestra vida lo que no podemos resistir, habrá que soltarlo y aceptar a los otros como son, respetando sus decisiones y, a la vez, fluir con lo que nos toca vivir.

La aceptación es no rebelarse ante los obstáculos que se nos presentan en la vida, que por dolorosos y difíciles que sean, son siempre una oportunidad para crecer y volverse más fuertes. Superar el reto que representan las dificultades de la vida es un aprendizaje que está implícito en él, como pueden ser: el desapego, la generosidad, la compasión, la misericordia, el perdón, etc.

No hablamos con esto de conformismo. Luchar por mejorar nuestras condiciones o por obtener un objetivo justo es válido, pero cuando éste no se da, a pesar de un gran esfuerzo, hay que dejarlo ir porque quiere decir que ese no era el camino.

El Ego es el principal enemigo de la aceptación, es el que busca controlar todo, ser perfecto, promoviendo toda clase de deseos que buscan tapar la infelicidad que produce la separación. Si el ser humano busca llenar el vacío con deseos banales de todo tipo, encuentra que a cada deseo cumplido le sigue otro de inmediato, que cada objeto deseado y obtenido no lo llena como esperaba, pues el placer que le proporciona es efímero. Así pasamos la vida, envueltos en deseos que se suceden unos a otros sin obtener nunca la plenitud esperada. Surge un sentimiento profundo de insatisfacción después del fugaz placer del deseo cumplido; entonces, sobreviene la sensación de no tener suficiente, de necesitar más, de poseer más y nunca hay fin a este deseo.

La culpa es la no aceptación de nuestros errores. Una cosa es tomar conciencia del error que cometemos para tratar de no repetirlo y otra es culparnos por haberlo cometido y no haber sido perfectos. Esto también es Ego.

Una persona que no lograba ir a la luz del mundo espiritual por la culpa y la no aceptación de lo que fue su vida, me pidió ayuda:

Oí voces que me trajeron diciéndome que puedes ayudarme. ¿Qué puedo hacer para salir de este calabozo? Morí lleno de culpa por haber desperdiciado mi vida con el alcohol. Me volví alcohólico porque la vida que tenía no me satisfacía. Ayer te oí decir que hay que aceptar lo que uno tiene que esa es el arma que tenemos para enfrentar la vida y con ella llevar una vida de amor y generosidad. Eso es exactamente lo que no hice, siempre deseaba lo que no tenía y estaba muy descontento con mi vida y mi persona, lo que me empujó a la terrible adicción al alcohol que me costó la vida. Desde entonces sólo vivo de reproches y no sé a dónde ir. ¿Tú sabes qué podría hacer?

Después de ayudarlo a liberarse de su culpa, se dirigió a la Luz y dijo:

Me siento dichoso en esta luz, empiezo a comprender muchas cosas: que el amor, la generosidad y la aceptación de nuestras circunstancias es lo que debemos practicar en la vida para avanzar. Estoy muy feliz, gracias por indicarme el camino de la liberación.

La separación que voluntariamente estamos experimentando nos produce una gran desolación y lo único que llenará el vacío del alma es encontrar quiénes somos en realidad, nuestro verdadero ser que es amor y unión con el Universo que es Dios y su Creación.

Acceptance

Acceptance means admitting one’s own mistakes and flaws, and those of others without passing judgment, being mindful that we have come into this dimension to experience imperfection, and to slowly discover what we really are. When we forget that we are an integral part of God, that we have come from Him and will return to Him, we enter a state of disremembrance where we do not clearly understand what life in matter is about. We then develop a series of behaviors to mask our fear, which comes from believing that we are alone and detached from the Whole, in an attempt to fill the existential void that we are confronted with because we have forgotten our true nature that is love and unity. We feel the need to stand out above the rest, to be accepted and to gain recognition for our accomplishments, a desire for material things, and to control everything and everyone around us. All of this is power and the Ego feeds on it.

Those who have low self-esteem do not accept themselves or their life. They covet being richer, more popular, more beautiful, and more powerful… In a word, they seek superiority in every way, craving to be perfect in everything they do and never acknowledging their mistakes. All of this is Ego. Perfectionism, when understood in these terms, is an obstacle for humility. One should always try to do one’s best in every task in life, but when perfection is not achieved because it does not exist, one must be accepting.

Acceptance also implies maintaining harmony with the circumstances we live in, which we designed before we came into the world of matter, and are the tools that will help us in attaining the goals we set for ourselves before incarnating. With them, we can work on the virtues that we need to develop and will be able to identify them if we take a close look at our shortcomings. For example, if we are lacking generosity, that is what we ought to focus on, practicing it whenever the opportunity arises. If patience is what we need to learn, we must try to be patient even in the most difficult of circumstances. If we are overpowered by our pride, we should be observant in order to transmute it into humility. When we are compelled by the desire to control everyone else and every detail in our lives, we have to release that need and accept people for who they are, respecting their decisions as we flow with the life we chose to live.

Acceptance is to not rebel in the face of problems that arise in our lives. Regardless of how painful and complicated, they are always an opportunity to grow and become stronger. Overcoming the challenges that life’s difficulties represent is the learning that they bring: detachment, generosity, compassion, mercy, forgiveness, etc.

We are not referring to conformism here. Struggling to improve our conditions or to reach a fair goal is valid, but when it does not happen regardless of our greatest efforts, we need to it let go because it means we are not on the right path.

The most formidable enemy of acceptance is the Ego. It seeks absolute control, to be perfect, and promotes all sorts of desires to cover up the discontent that is sourced in separateness. When an individual seeks to fill the void with mundane desires, he discovers that with each one that comes true, another immediately follows, that the objects of his desire do not bring the satisfaction he is longing for because the pleasure that comes with them is ephemeral. And so, life carries on as a succession of desires that do not provide the expected fulfillment. A deep sense of dissatisfaction follows the fleeting gratification of a wish that is granted. Then comes the sensation of never having enough, always needing more, having more, and that desire never comes to an end.

Guilt is non-acceptance of our mistakes. Becoming aware of a mistake we made to try to not repeat it is one thing but it is different to blame ourselves for having made it, for not having been perfect. This is also Ego.

A person who could not go to the Light of the Spiritual World due to guilt and non-acceptance of his life asked me for help.

I heard voices that brought me saying that you could help. How do I escape this prison cell? I was guilt-ridden for having wasted my life on alcohol when I died. I became an alcoholic because I was not satisfied with my life. Yesterday, I heard you say that people should accept what they have, that they are tools to face their lives, and to use those tools to live a life of love and generosity. That is exactly what I didn’t do. I always wanted what I didn’t have and was very unhappy with my life and myself. That pushed me into alcoholism, that horrible addiction that took my life. Since then, I live in disapproval and don’t know where to go. Do you know what I can do?

After helping him free himself of his guilt, he went towards the Light and said:

I feel happy in this light, I’m beginning to understand many things: that love, generosity, and acceptance of our circumstances is what we need to practice in order to advance. I’m overjoyed; thank you for showing me the path to liberation.

Separation, which we are voluntarily experiencing, produces profound desolation, and the only thing that will fill the emptiness in our soul is to find who we really are, our true self that is love and unity with the Universe that is God and His Creation.

El Bajo Astral

El Astral es el mundo espiritual que pertenece a la tercera dimensión. Según la frecuencia vibratoria que los rige, se divide en tres planos principales: el Bajo Astral, que es el más cercano a la vibración terrestre y donde se encuentran las almas que no han llegado todavía a la Luz; sigue el Astral Medio en cuyas diferentes esferas se encuentran la mayoría de los seres humanos desencarnados en el estado evolutivo de la humanidad actual; y a continuación el Alto Astral adonde acceden los seres más evolucionados y de donde se pasa a la cuarta dimensión o se decide bajar a la Tierra para ayudar a los atrasados. Cada uno de estos planos está subdividido en varias esferas vibratorias.

En el Bajo Astral también hay diferentes niveles que corresponden al estado de conciencia de quienes se encuentran allí. Desde los que están sumidos en la soberbia, el odio, la venganza, la culpa y los diversos apegos, hasta los que sólo vagan desorientados al no saber a dónde dirigirse, ya sea por creer que nada existe después de la muerte física, o por no haber encontrado lo que esperaban. Los que allí se estacionan están en lo que se considera como el purgatorio o el infierno; ambos estados son voluntarios y no son eternos. Todos ellos se encuentran en la oscuridad y el frío mientras no ven la luz del Mundo Espiritual que los llevará al plano que les corresponde.

Actualmente, con la aceleración de la vibración de la Tierra, la distancia entre el Mundo Espiritual y el material se acorta y con ello los espíritus tienen más facilidad de acercarse a los humanos. Por distancia entiéndase frecuencia vibratoria de la energía universal que conforma todo. Estas entidades, según su estado vibratorio, pueden molestar desde provocando desequilibrio en la vida de las personas, o pegándose a su aura para obsesionarlos y, en algunos casos, hasta invadiendo el cuerpo del encarnado apoderándose de su voluntad, lo que se entiende por posesión demoníaca. Cuando una persona tiene una hendidura en su aura que pudo haber sido provocada por un mediumnidad no controlada, por alguna adicción, por una profunda depresión, así como por mantener una emoción negativa con gran intensidad, como la ira o el miedo, se puede ver atacada por estos seres.

Algunas veces, almas desorientadas se refugian en el aura de alguna persona para absorber su luz y protegerse del miedo que les causa deambular por el Astral. Doy a continuación el ejemplo de un caso similar, que me tocó liberar.

Vino a verme Javier, un joven que sufría de depresiones y se sentía agotado continuamente. Al solicitar ayuda de los guías espirituales, recibí el siguiente mensaje:

“El problema que tiene Javier es que, efectivamente, tiene una apertura en su aura que permite la entrada de entidades negativas o desubicadas. Necesitas visualizar su aura y cerrarla con energía. Después escucha a quien se alimenta de su luz para liberarlo”.

Seguí sus instrucciones y el ser que absorbía la luz de Javier me dijo:

Voy a matarte si me impides chupar esa luz, la necesito para mi sobrevivencia. ¿Por qué me cerraste el canal por donde me alimentaba?

No necesitas de la luz de Javier para alimentarte, hay una luz que es para todos con sólo pedirla, es la Luz que viene de Dios y que te llevará a un mundo de paz y armonía donde ahora te toca estar.

Me hablas de cosas increíbles ¿Crees que desde el tiempo que llevo en la oscuridad no se me hubiera ocurrido buscar la luz? No hay ninguna, esto es sólo desolación y frío. Me hablas de un Dios inexistente. ¿Cómo puedes creer en esas tonterías? No hay otra vida más que la que dejé y en cuanto a Dios, es un personaje inventado por los seres humanos para consolarse de lo que es esta horrible cosa que es la muerte.

Si solicitas la luz ella se abrirá para ti y te sacará de ese plano que ya no te corresponde y donde estás tan infeliz – le dije, enviándole luz rosada de amor.

Veo que me tratas de convencer de pedir la luz. No sé quién eres pero de ti sale una luz muy agradable que me da calor. No puedo chuparla pero sí recibir la que me envías. ¿Quién eres que así me hablas y me escuchas? Creo que me inspiras confianza, voy a hacer la prueba de pedir esa luz. Deseo ver la luz, ya no quiero estar en la oscuridad…ya se abrió una rendija por donde sale una luz muy brillante que me atrae, voy hacia allí, se siente muy agradable, es calor, es amor en el que nunca creí, es sabiduría y es lo que no creía que existiera, Dios. Esa luz viene de un Ser muy Superior, cómo te agradezco que me hayas convencido de pedir esta luz maravillosa, me voy, me voy al Cielo, esto no puede ser otra cosa. Adiós y perdón Javier por mi soberbia y falta de honradez al robarte lo que es tuyo pero que es de todos, la luz de Dios.

Hay también quienes habiendo tenido una adicción en vida, al morir siguen con el deseo de continuar experimentándola y entonces se pegan al aura de un encarnado adicto para sentir los efectos de la adicción a través de él, instigándolo y obsesionándolo para que continúe con la ingestión de la droga, el alcohol o la práctica de la infra sexualidad.

Cuando se muere con una idea fija, de culpa, de venganza, de apego, el alma se queda en el Bajo Astral atada a esa emoción, lo que le impide ver a la luz. Hay casos en los que la idea de venganza es tan fuerte que la entidad encuentra a su verdugo viviendo otra vida muchos siglos después, ya que el tiempo en ese plano no existe y entonces se dedica a vengarse, impidiéndole desarrollarse correctamente en la vida.

Héctor acudió conmigo para pedir ayuda porque no tenía más que problemas en su vida. Encontré que traía un obsesor pegado a su aura que deseaba venganza y que habló así:

Abrigo el más ferviente odio hacia este pobre personaje después de lo que me hizo. Si quieres saber qué fue, te lo digo. Era un monje dominico que trabajaba para la Inquisición y me violó, me acusó de brujería y me llevó a una mazmorra en donde cada noche venía y me violaba diciendo que venía para que me arrepintiera de mis pecados. Cuando en el juicio lo acusé, todos exclamaron que yo tenía tratos con el demonio y era él quien me violaba. Por lo tanto, me mandaron a la hoguera en la que me quemaron poco a poco. El sufrimiento fue terrible y morí con la sola idea de vengarme, lo cual estoy logrando de manera estupenda.

Convencí a esta entidad de que la venganza era estéril, que debía perdonar para encontrar la paz. Que le esperaba una vida llena de felicidad en el Mundo Espiritual. Finalmente pidió la luz y se liberó. Hemos bajado a la densidad del mundo físico para experimentar la separación y recuperar poco a poco la conciencia de unidad. Por lo tanto, en el principio de nuestra evolución, todos hemos practicado la maldad antes de entender que el amor es el único camino de la liberación.

El nivel de más densa vibración del Bajo Astral está habitado por seres de muy bajo estado de conciencia, que niegan la luz de Dios y la suya propia, lo que les produce una profunda infelicidad, y es lo que se entiende por “Infierno”. Estos seres, al ser tan desdichados, desean que los demás también lo sean, y se dedican a influir negativamente en los encarnados. Como son profundamente infelices, tienen envidia de los que tienen cuerpo y pueden manifestarse en el plano físico, lo que para ellos es imposible, por lo cual tratan de provocarles toda clase de desgracias. En algunos casos, llegan hasta poseer el cuerpo del encarnado. Las verdaderas posesiones son efectuadas por seres de muy baja frecuencia vibratoria, y se trata de una transgresión muy grave a la individualidad y al libre albedrio del otro. Sin embargo, es necesario entender que el amor infinito de Dios está siempre presente aún en estos casos y que la atracción hacia su seno es más fuerte que cualquier soberbia, ya que nada de lo que se origina en el Creador puede quedar fuera de Él.

Ya llegó el momento de entender que Dios no castiga y que con su infinita misericordia ha instaurado leyes que contrarrestan nuestro extravío.

The Lower Astral

The Astral is the spiritual world that belongs to the third dimension. It is divided in three main planes, depending on the vibrational frequency that rules within them: the Lower Astral, which is the closest to the planet’s vibration and is where souls that have not yet reached the Light are located; the Middle Astral follows, with the most disembodied beings in humanity’s current evolutionary condition residing in its realms; and the Higher Astral is next, where more evolved beings have gained access and can transit into the fourth dimension or decide to come down to Earth to aid those who are still behind. Each one of these planes is subdivided into various vibrational realms.
There are also different levels in the Lower Astral, corresponding to the state of consciousness of those who are there, ranging from those who are submerged in pride, vengefulness, guilt, and various attachments, to those who are wandering aimlessly, not knowing where to go, either because they believe that nothing exists after physical death or because they did not find what they expected. Those who are there are trapped in something considered purgatory or hell, both of which are voluntary and are not eternal. They are all enveloped in darkness and cold as long as they do not see the light of the Spiritual World that will lead them to their corresponding plane.
Currently, with the acceleration of Earth’s vibration, the distance between the Spiritual and the material worlds decreases, which is why it is easier for spirits to approach human beings. When we say distance, it should be understood as the vibrational rate of universal energy that is the source of everything. Depending on an entity’s vibrational state, it can intrude upon people’s lives, causing imbalances, adhering to their aura thereby obsessing them, and in some cases, can even invade an person’s body taking over his will in what is known as a demonic possession. When there is a hole in an individual’s aura, which could have been caused by misdirected mediumship, by an addiction, a profound depression, or even by maintaining an intense negative emotion such as rage or fear, it can be attacked by these beings.
On occasion, lost souls take refuge in a person’s aura to absorb their light and gain protection from the fear that meandering in the Astral engenders. Following is an example of a similar case that I personally encountered.
Javier, a young man who suffered from depression and was exhausted, came to see me. I received the following message when I requested help from my spiritual masters:

“Indeed, the problem that Javier is facing is caused by an opening in his aura that allows entry to negative or lost entities. You need to visualize his aura and to close it with energy. Then listen to who is feeding on his light to set him free.”
I followed their instructions and the entity that was absorbing Javier’s light told me:
– I’ll kill you if you if you stop me from sucking in that light, I need it to survive. Why have you shut the passage that I was feeding from?

– You don’t need to feed on Javier’s light. There is a light that is intended for everyone as long as you ask for it. That Light comes from God and will lead you into a world of peace and harmony, which is where you now belong.

– You speak to me about unbelievable things. Don’t you think that it would have occurred to me to look for the light after all this time that I’ve been surrounded by darkness? There is none, just desolation and cold. You speak of a non-existent God. How can you believe in such foolishness? There is no other life than what I left behind. And as far as God is concerned, he is a character that was invented by human beings in the face of that horrible thing called death.

– If you look for the Light, it will open up for you and draw you from that realm where you no longer belong and makes you so unhappy–, I said as I projected a pink light ray of love.

– I see that you are trying to persuade me to request the light. I don’t know who you are, but you emanate a warm, pleasant light. I cannot suck it in but I can receive what you are sending me. Who are you that you can hear me and speak to me so? I think you’re trustworthy; I’m going to try asking for that light. I wish to see the light, to no longer be surrounded by darkness… A crevice is opening and a very bright light that attracts me is coming through. I’m going in its direction, it’s so gratifying, and it’s warmth, the love I never believed in, wisdom, God, who I doubted could exist. That light comes from a Higher Being. I’m so grateful to you for having convinced me to request this amazing light. I’m going now, I’m going to Heaven; it can’t be anything else. Goodbye, Javier, forgive me for my pride and dishonesty in stealing what is yours but belongs to everyone, God’s light.

There are also those who having had an addiction while alive continue wishing to experience it after their death. They then adhere to an embodied addict’s aura to feel the effects through him, instigating him and obsessing him to continue using the drug or alcohol, or engaging in infra-sexual practices.
When one dies with a fixation on guilt, vengeance or attachments, the soul remains in the Lower Astral, tied down to that emotion, preventing it from seeing the light. There are cases where the idea of revenge is so powerful that the entity finds its executioner, living another life, centuries later –since time does not exist in that plane– and then retaliates, disallowing that individual’s own development.

Hector came to me asking for help because all he had was trouble. I found that an obsessor that desired retribution was attached to his aura, and this is what the entity said:
– I harbor the most fervent hatred towards this miserable character after what he did to me. I’ll tell you if you’d like to know. He was a Dominican friar who served the Inquisition. He raped me, accused me of witchcraft and took me to a cell where he abused me every night saying he was doing it so that I’d repent for my sins. When I accused him during the trial, they said that I had dealings with the devil that was my actual rapist. I slowly burned at the stake. I suffered tremendously and died with the fixed notion of revenge, which I’m finally satisfying.
I convinced the entity that vindictiveness led nowhere… that he should forgive and find peace, that a life full of happiness awaited him in the Spiritual World. He finally requested to see the light and was freed. We have come into the density of the physical world to experience separation and gradually recover unity consciousness. Therefore, we have all done evil during the early stages of our evolution, prior to understanding that love is the only path to liberation.
The densest vibration of the Lower Astral is the plane that is inhabited by beings with lowly states of consciousness that deny God’s and their own light, producing profound unhappiness, and is known as “Hell.” Those beings, in their own misery, want others to be misfortunate so they focus on negatively influencing embodied beings. In their desolation, they are envious of those who still have a body and can manifest in the physical plane, which they can no longer do, so they attempt to bring all sorts of misfortune upon the living. They can sometimes take over someone else’s body. True possessions are carried out entities with extremely low vibrational frequencies, transgressing the other being’s individuality and will. However, it is necessary to understand that God’s infinite love is always present, even in those cases, and that his attraction is more powerful than any form of pride given that nothing that has originated in the Creator can remain outside of Him.

The time has come to understand that God does not punish, and that in His infinite mercy, He has created laws that counterbalance our straying from Him.

El alto astral

Según las lecciones recibidas de los maestros espirituales, después del segundo plano del mundo espiritual, donde se efectúan diferentes trabajos en gran armonía y amor, se ayuda a los recién llegados a habituarse a su nueva vida. Asimismo, con gran amor se baja a planos inferiores para tratar de convencer a las almas estancadas de seguir adelante, se estudian las verdades cósmicas y se trabaja también en ser más humildes y amorosos. Entonces el alma decide seguir su evolución en el mundo espiritual o regresar al plano físico. Si es este su deseo tendrá que prepararse durante algún tiempo para escoger y estudiar lo que más le conviene experimentar para su desarrollo de conciencia. Si su deseo es continuar en el mundo espiritual, avanza también aunque más lentamente.

Para acceder al siguiente plano o Alto Astral se necesita seguir un proceso de purificación en extremo profundo. Veamos lo que nos dice Ana sobre su actual experiencia.

El siguiente plano después de estudiar las leyes cósmicas, es de aprendizaje para ayudar a los que están encarnados, es decir, aprender a ser un guía de las almas que se encuentran limitadas en la materia física. Este tercer plano en el que me encuentro actualmente se conoce como la graduación del proceso de ascensión después de la vida en el plano físico.

No quiere esto decir que sea el último plano al que hay que acceder, de ninguna manera. Sigue el camino hasta el Creador por innumerables pasos y niveles hasta la fusión con Él, pero es al llegar a este tercer plano cuando se decide regresar a la Tierra o seguir la evolución en el mundo espiritual. Esto es decisión de cada entidad, volver a la ardua escuela del mundo físico o continuar trabajando en el mundo del espíritu. Aunque el verdadero avance se obtiene en la Tierra por tener que superar todas las adversidades que comporta la vida material.

Si el deseo del alma es seguir su evolución en el mundo espiritual, tiene que aprender a ser guía de los encarnados y después aún de las almas que se encuentran en el mundo espiritual. Una vez que está preparada el alma para ser guía, se le asigna alguna entidad para guiar y posteriormente un grupo de almas, que aunque no estén encarnadas, se necesita que sean guiadas y apoyadas para la toma de decisiones, ya sea para una estancia productiva en el mundo del espíritu o una nueva vida en la materia. Si es esto último, se les ayuda a programar la siguiente experiencia, según lo que requieran aprender, como la humildad, la paciencia, la aceptación, la generosidad, etc., y se idean las circunstancias que ayudarán a su práctica. Es necesario comprender que a nadie se le obliga a encarnar en la materia y que siempre ha sido la decisión de cada uno tener los obstáculos que se le presentan en cada vida.

El trabajo de ser guía de los encarnados es sumamente difícil porque aunque se les inspira desde aquí lo que sería útil para su evolución, muy pocos hacen caso de lo que se les aconseja, siempre está presente el ego y sus exigencias, lo cual va en sentido inverso al desarrollo del alma hacia la espiritualidad.

Es un trabajo arduo pero muy gratificante porque cuando se tiene éxito en un proyecto de ayudar a un alma a encontrar el camino que la acerca a su verdadero ser, se obtiene una enorme satisfacción. Es como sentir que una parte de nuestro cuerpo que estaba enferma, se cura. Claro, porque todos somos UNO, entonces cualquier ser que se desvía afecta al resto del Todo. Me siento dichosa de haber llegado aquí.

La información recibida de los guías sobre este tercer plano nos dice así:

“En este maravilloso mundo también se avanza y es lo que tratamos de hacer cuando ya el mundo tridimensional no nos atrae. Se abre todo un abanico de posibilidades cuando ascendemos a estos planos superiores. Puedes, si así lo deseas, volver al mundo tridimensional para ayudar a los rezagados, pero necesitas mucho amor y valentía para hacerlo. También puedes ayudar a sacar del “Infierno” a quienes están envueltos en soberbia; este trabajo tampoco es fácil, ya que se encuentran en una frecuencia vibratoria muy baja y su densidad es difícil de soportar. Acercarse a esos seres es sumamente desagradable pues están llenos de energía negativa que se puede considerar involutiva. Otra opción es vivir en esta beatitud por algún tiempo y enviar mensajes a los encarnados. Se da mucha ayuda desde aquí a los que se encuentran en dificultades.

“Se decide desde aquí nuestra participación en el plan de ayuda a los que se encuentran todavía en la densidad del mundo físico; se hacen planes de trabajo arreglando las circunstancias necesarias para que se den las condiciones óptimas para el despertar de la conciencia. Nuestra labor consiste en organizar lo mejor posible el funcionamiento del plano material para corregir las desviaciones de las actitudes humanas, proporcionando estímulos y circunstancias que lleven a los seres humanos a su despertar.

“Es un trabajo minucioso y no siempre fácil, no se logra fácilmente que los individuos respondan en el sentido que se espera y cuando esto no es así, se necesita organizar otro suceso que los haga reaccionar. Es por eso que a veces les parece que son coincidencias lo que les sucede y lo toman como simple golpe de suerte o crueldad del destino. Hay que entender que no es ni una cosa ni la otra, sólo efectos de nuestras propias causas.

“Antes de ascender a planos superiores se necesita entender el significado de nuestra vida, de dónde venimos y a dónde vamos. Te preguntas cómo después de comprenderlo olvidamos todo al reencarnar. Así es este proceso, se necesita empezar en ceros, aunque no es totalmente cierto esto, dentro de nosotros van quedando ciertos conocimientos adquiridos en otras vidas que se manifiestan en nuestro estado de conciencia”.

Entre la vida y la muerte no existe ninguna barrera, la una es continuación de la otra en una misma línea energética. Todo es energía que vibra a diferentes frecuencias y lo que se entiende por “vida” en el mundo físico no es más que una etapa en el largo camino de la evolución. Cuando nos encontramos en esa etapa creemos que es la única y la más importante, no porque no lo sea, pero solamente se trata de una de tantas experiencias de nuestro poder creativo.

Por lo que podemos entender, en el mundo espiritual nunca se está ocioso, siempre se trabaja en nuestra evolución hacia el Creador, aunque en esos altos niveles es en un ambiente de paz y armonía maravillosas.

Es una pregunta que todos nos hacemos sin encontrar respuestas contundentes. Hay quienes dicen que nunca nadie ha regresado para decírnoslo, para otros, no hay nada después de la muerte física, todo se acaba con ella; pero hay algunos que han tenido una experiencia cercana a la muerte, que después de haber sido declarados clínicamente muertos, regresan a la vida. Los relatos de quienes han tenido estas vivencias coinciden de manera asombrosa. Reportan haber llegado a una luz maravillosa en donde se experimenta una paz y una felicidad absolutas, en un entorno parecido a la Tierra, con flores de colores extraordinarios que no se conocen aquí y paisajes de una belleza indescriptible. Relatan que no sienten deseos de regresar pero que, de alguna manera, se les informa que todavía no es su hora y que tienen que reintegrarse a la vida que dejaron. Los que han pasado por una experiencia similar, sufren una transformación radical en sus vidas.

También se tienen informes de lo que se experimenta después de la llamada muerte -que no existe en realidad ya que nuestro verdadero ser es eterno- mediante quienes poseen facultad extrasensorial y logran comunicarse con los que ya no pertenecen a este mundo. Este es mi caso y gracias a esta facultad he recibido información interesante de los guías sobre este proceso. No obstante, mientras estamos limitados con el cuerpo físico, no nos es posible entender en su totalidad lo que pertenece a otro plano de realidad, pero sí podemos tener un atisbo de ello.

En el momento en que el cuerpo deja de funcionar, es decir, cuando las funciones cerebrales se detienen -el verdadero momento de la muerte física- el ser real o alma, sale del cascarón que es el cuerpo que le dio cabida y empieza su trayectoria hacia el mundo espiritual. El desprendimiento se efectúa sin dolor alguno, si lo había en el cuerpo físico, desaparece y el ser se encuentra de pronto con que está vivo y consciente sin saber muchas veces a dónde ir.

Cuando el individuo ha tenido una vida espiritual no tiene trabajo en encontrar la luz, pero los que por algún motivo se encuentran apegados a la vida material, les cuesta despegarse de su atractivo y tardan en encontrar la ruta que lleva al mundo espiritual. Este plano se conoce como Bajo Astral en el que hay diferentes esferas vibratorias, desde los que están allí por la soberbia de no reconocer ningún poder que se les oponga o que sea superior, hasta los que no saben adónde ir porque están desorientados, ya sea porque no encuentran lo que esperaban o porque sus pensamientos de apego, venganza, rebeldía ante la muerte los tienen atados al mundo material.

A continuación relataré el proceso de mi querida amiga Ana Coudurier, que me ha compartido desde el plano en el que se encuentra. Al día siguiente de su muerte me habló así:

Me encuentro en el Paraíso, no hay otra manera de describir este estado, es la felicidad absoluta. ¿Me preguntas cómo fue mi desprendimiento? Al salir de mi cuerpo vi de inmediato esa luz maravillosa de la que todos hablan que me acogió dándome una sensación de inmensa paz y amor. No te imaginas lo que es, decir que es maravillosa es quedarse pálido; después pude ver a mis padres y a muchos que me precedieron en este paso. Aquí sigo elevándome y entendiendo lo que significa todo lo que aprendimos. Desgraciadamente mientras estamos encarnados no nos es posible entender esto, estamos muy limitados, pero sólo se puede tener una ínfima probadita en una meditación muy profunda.

Te extraña que te esté hablando tan pronto, pero acuérdate que el tiempo de la Tierra no es. Lo que cuenta aquí es el pensamiento y mi deseo era ver la Luz lo antes posible, una vez que pudiera separarme de quienes me tenían atada a la Tierra.

En espera de que nos veamos de nuevo aquí, en este mundo infinito, me despido mandándoles a todos los que me quisieron en vida, todo mi amor.

Unos días más tarde, siguió describiéndome el plano donde se encontraba..

Me encuentro en un plano en el que puedo crear a voluntad lo que deseo y al mismo tiempo veo lo que quiero ver. Es como un lugar para irse despresurizando del mundo material donde la frecuencia energética es sumamente densa. Es un mundo parecido a la Tierra con paisajes maravillosos y colores que no existen allá. En este plano no es necesario quedarse largo tiempo, es sólo un paso en donde practicamos nuestro poder creativo y nos ayuda a despresurizarnos del pesado ambiente terrenal; sé que saldré pronto de aquí para seguir elevándome a planos más sutiles. En el momento en que ingresé a este mundo, no tuve necesidad del “sueño reparador” porque aunque mi cuerpo astral estaba lastimado por la enfermedad, la meditación que hacía diariamente me limpiaba de negatividad, por lo que llegué bastante limpia.

Me gustaría poderte describir con detalle mi proceso pero lo que es difícil es dar una descripción de lo que no existe en la Tierra y las emociones que esto provoca.

Lo que te parece imposible de entender es la simultaneidad de las diferentes vidas. No es posible entender muchas verdades de este plano cuando se está limitado con el cuerpo. Aquí estoy comprendiendo muchas cosas que no entendía mientras estaba allá. No te preocupes, no podrás entenderlo pero conténtate con intuirlo. Me propongo describirte cada paso que dé aquí, si me lo permiten. Es cada día más necesario que la humanidad entienda de lo que se trata la muerte.

What Happens After Death?

This is a question we all ask ourselves without finding definitive answers. There are those who say no one has ever returned to tell us, and others who believe there is nothing after physical death; everything comes to an end. But there are some that have had near-death experiences, who after being pronounced clinically dead, come back to life. Their stories are astonishingly similar. They report arriving to a marvelous Light where they experience absolute peace and happiness amidst surroundings that are similar to Earth, with flowers in extraordinary colors that are unknown here and indescribably beautiful landscapes. They say that they don’t want to return, but somehow, they are informed that their time has not come and they must return to the life they left behind. Those who have undergone such an experience endure a radical transformation in their lives.

There are also reports regarding what is experienced after so-called death –which doesn’t really exist because our true being is eternal– obtained from people who have extrasensory perception and can communicate with those who no longer belong to this world. That is my case, and thanks to that faculty, I have received interesting information from my guides regarding this process. However, as long as the physical body limits us, we are unable to thoroughly understand that which belongs to another plane of reality, but we can obtain a glimpse of it.

When the body stops functioning, that is to say, when brain functions cease –the actual moment of physical death– the real being or soul exits the shell, which is the body that it dwelled, and initiates its journey towards the spiritual world. This detachment occurs painlessly, and if there was pain in the physical body, it vanishes. The being suddenly realizes that it is alive and conscious but oftentimes, does not know where to go.

Finding the Light is not difficult when an individual has led a spiritual life, but those who –for some reason– remain attached to material life won’t want to release themselves from its allure and take longer to find the path to the spiritual world. That plane is known as the Lower Astral and is comprised of various frequencies, from those that are there due to their pride, not acknowledging any opposing or higher power, to those who are disoriented and do not know where to go, whether they don’t find what they expected or because of their thoughts of attachment, vengeance or rebellion in the face of death, tie them down to the material world.

Following, I relate my dear friend Ana Coudurier’s process, which she shared with me from the plane that she is now in. This is how she spoke to me the day after her death:

I’m in Paradise, there’s no other way to describe this state, pure bliss. You ask what my detachment was like? When I exited my body, I immediately saw that remarkable light that everyone talks about and it surrounded me with an all-encompassing sensation of peace and love. You can’t imagine what it’s like. Describing it as amazing pales in comparison. I was then able to see my parents and many others who took this step before I did. I’m here, still elevating and understanding the meaning of everything we learned. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to understand what this is like while we are in the flesh; we are too limited and can only get a minimal taste of it in very profound meditation.

You’re surprised that I’m speaking to you so soon, but remember, time on Earth is not. It is thought that counts here and I wished to see the Light as soon as I possibly could once I was able to separate from those who tied me down to Earth.

I bid my farewell sending my love to all of those who loved me while I was alive as I await to see you again, here, in this infinite realm.

A few days later, she continued to describe the plane she was in.

I’m in a plane where I can create what I wish for at will and I can see what I want to see at the same time. It is like a place to decompress from the material world where the vibrational frequency is extremely low. It’s a world similar to Earth with wonderful landscapes and colors that don’t exist over there. It isn’t necessary to stay in this plane for a long time, it’s just a step where we practice our creative power and it helps us to depressurize from the heavy earthly environment; I know I’ll exit soon to continue elevating to subtler planes. I didn’t need “restful sleep” any longer when I entered this world because although my astral body was hurt due to illness, daily meditation had cleansed me of negativity; therefore, I was fairly clean when I arrived.

I’d like to give you a detailed description of my process but it’s difficult to describe something that doesn’t exist on Earth and the emotions that it elicits.

What seems impossible to understand is the simultaneousness of different lives. It isn’t possible to understand many truths of this plane when the body limits us. I comprehend many things here that I couldn’t understand while I was there. Don’t worry, you won’t be able to understand, but be gladdened by your intuition. I intend to describe to you every step I take, if I’m allowed. Day by day, it becomes increasingly necessary that humanity understand what death is about.
